Genuine Omega Ranchero?

Hi forum members!

I was recently offered to buy this watch, however; I am rather distrustful and not convinced about its authenticity.
Could you possibly give me some advice? Is it genuine? What it the value?

My advice?

Get some decent photographs in hi resolution that include dial, movement and caseback at a bare minimum.

Not Genuine.

Wrong case (reference) and aftermarket dial.
