Hi. I would like to buy this dynamic. Everything seems ok to me (dial, hands, case, crown, bracelet and clasp). What do you think about it. Regards

That is one ugly watch. I love it!

I have a cracked dial from one of these. Do not ever remember having this model, So the dial must have come with some parts.

Bad original dials do not seem to matter much any more. Perhaps I should be on the lookout for the rest of this style watch.

(note: sorry for the photo quality. I did not remove the dial from the storage bag. )

Do you think the dial is genuine? I've never seen a dial like this on a Dynamic

I am not an expert. The printing looks crisp. The hairline crack would imply that this was a replacement and was saved. I have had this for at least 18 years. More likely 25. I think it came in the box of spare parts.

The omega site is not all that helpful as it only gives an overview. My coffee table book does not seem to have any examples of this design.

I spent much of the weekend looking on ebay for more of these ugly watches. These seem to be based on the 550/750 base caliber. Most of the examples seem to have a date window which would imply something like a 552. The strap is sort of strange being unified.

I am finding this style attractive in a strange sort of way. There are some parts auctions I am keeping an eye on. Found myself really having to use willpower to keep from bidding, to see If I might add this to my projects, that could keep me busy for 500 or more years.

Spending way to much time doing command-R

ebay item 115490126013 seems to show this dial but with decomposed messed up lume on the chapter ring. I did not even realize this had lume on it. It is also interesting to see what sort of hands should go with it.

I have a feeling my next omega, might be one of these on one form or other. It just really has that ugly 1960 mod vibe to it.

Is the clasp double struck? Otherwise, it is really a nice looking piece, but I'm no expert here.

For me is a very nice watch. You did not say anything about the price for which you want to buy it.. Maybe there will be a problem..😀 Regards.

The bracelet is probably fake. There are loads of these bracelets, often advertised as NOS on eBay, around and a lot are fake.
