It can't be self winding or it would say "AUTOMATIC" under "OMEGA". (EDIT: I see that's been corrected already)
The exact reference number will start with 136. and can be found on the inside of the case back. The movement will have a serial number which will tell what year it was made. It's from sometime in the late 60's to 70's.

Yeah, I'm not too familiar with Omega watches, so I didn't know "Genève" was a type of watch. Thanks a lot!
