Do somebody have more information abort this dial

 

I gurss it must be a fake

 

I wouldn't rush into that assumption. They made some odd dials in those days.
Pics of the movt. & inside caseback would probably help.

 

Looks like a genuine Omega to me.
Has a few issues though. Hands, dial (not the pattern, the cleaning attempt), maybe the crystal.
Case looks to be OK though.
