Also, is the service documented by a known watchmaker or is the seller just saying it’s serviced.
With no evidence to back it up, I assign precisely zero value to a seller saying a watch has been serviced. With documentation it depends who did the work, what they did and how easy you could send it back for a warranty issue.
The deteriorating lume would bother me and, if the watchmaker has serviced the watch, I don’t understand why he hasn’t cleaned the stainless steel hands, which is a fairly easy fix. The price isn’t cheap and I’d pass.
