Geneva F300Hz electronic band?

Hi All, I recently purchased a Geneva F300Hz electronic with a s...y band.
Any thoughts on what band would have been on these watches originally (steel or leather) and are these original bands still available (as this is a watch from the 70's)

I bought this one on an original (but s****y) strap, with an original buckle, but sourced a bracelet.

These were originally sold on straps and bracelets

The challenge with original straps is security of the material. Challenge with original bracelets is parts. Good luck in your search.

that is good to know, I will be looking for a strap. so hopefully ill be able to secure an original one with proper leather and everything.

Straps are fun to experiment with. I’ve bought watches with original straps before, sadly because they were made of lizard skin, they had to stay with the seller. Can’t import to US. I did import the buckles. The truth is however that straps are like wear parts on cars and even if I had imported them, I’d not have used them.
