is that dial cracking in some shots or the crystal?

Also appears there are weird stains or such across the dial

That is the question - there is some laquer degradation which is common with these dials but the question is is it more than that.

Sold for $3k, offer must have been accepted. Probably one of the usual suspects, Mike and Hoi being near the top of my list. At $3k that's a really nice buy.

Don't know many of them personally but there's actually quite a community here.

    I know, I was being sarcastic ;)

Singapore is on par with Italy and France in terms of traffic to this site

Rather poor effort by the Canadians. Too busy eating Kraft Dinner and drinking Maple Syrup? probably.

Check out one of Nick Hacko's recent posts, maybe a wash in distilled water could be needed?

Although it's really only bad news though, another collector for these beauties, especially someone with Nick's sources.

(and another count for the Aussies)

Hmm, so besides Gavin and myself, I wonder who else in Singapore visits? The 4761 views can't be chalked up to us alone... surely we can't rack up more visits than the whole of Italy!

    BTW, nice buy Gavin

I think the reason is cars are so expensive in SG, that men are forced to find other ways of spending large sums of money on toys. Which is really what we're all about here.

Moved to a new thread since I didn't want to continue cluttering the eBay thread :)

I think you need a better name than Zenithistas, you've just taken Paneristi and tweaked it a bit ;)
