A Buren modular movement? Not your average Landeron or 7750... better find a good guy to work on it. A problem with modular chronos is that some guys service the base movement and not the module. Also, coupling problems...

Good luck!

I hate shipping outside of the country, too. I have to go stand in line at the post office for sometimes a painful amount of time. Then the risk of loss / proof of delivery / damage. Don't get me started with the customs stuff.

It’s a nice Hamilton. I hate when there’s a mechanical issue 😀
Ahhh, a Cal. 11 Hamilton? Mine has a mind of its own too. At least yours manages to get the date centred in its window.

It keeps time well and I do enjoy wearing it, but not when I actually need the chronograph.

I agree most do transfer. It’s just not uncommon for them not too.
Yup, my guy says if his mark is in it or it’s in his records he honors the service guarantee regardless of ownership. Strange I was under the assumption that was how things worked most of the time. Once again it is proven there is much I don’t know

Offset cannon pinion as well, right? I hate working on these...
