Stumbled upon this on my daily ebay routine. I think this is a crazy price even for a Full set. Would love the experts to chime in on that one as these assessements are always fun and educational for all of us I think. Seller has some other omega gems for sale too..

Seems EXTREMELY optimistic (like maybe 2x the value or more?). JMHO.

 

I'd love an original flat foot crown with my Ed White for that money. I know they can be found on eBay, but I think my $34k plus purchase price would include late night eBay sniping to acquire one.

 

Is the booklet stamped?

 

It's a nice one, good-looking case, but I think 25k would be the max value right now. Give it two or three years (especially after July 2019) and it'd be right-priced though

I feel that we will see more put together Full sets in the future, similar to what we see in the vintage rolex marked.

 

Unstamped/unfilled papers just don't consolidate a "full set". A matching Box is nice, but not worth an enourmous premium. And a lie is a lie, regardless of the ( in this case ridiculous) price, wouldn't want to make business with this seller. Buy the watch for the watch and buy the seller or the other way around and you will feel good. Simple as that.

 

I dont even think its a matching box for a 105.003, as mentioned above its a 2915 box

 

you are right. It's fully put together. that part was addressed with "liar" in my post

 

I wonder do any of these crazy prices ever get achieved? Mine is 'only' a 65 but I know it is correct because I've had it since new and I would not expect it to be worth a third of that figure, (it's not for sale!).

I will have to double check but I guess MWO links that box to 105.003's as well, isn't it? Maybe to the -63's?

MWO says this box was used for 105.003's but not which years. The pictures on eBay seem to show that the box is the variant referred to by MWO as less rounded edges and with a modernised logo.
