Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am offering For Sale/Trade, my 1967 Omega Speedmaster Professional caliber 321 reference 145.012. This is the same reference number Buzz Aldrin was wearing when he stepped foot on to the moon during the Apollo 11 mission.

This watch is all original – Hesalite crystal, dial, bezel, all hands, crown and pushers. The bracelet is a more modern Omega 1171 with 633 end pieces (precisely what is the prescribed replacement for the original 1039 folded link bracelet). This is an amazing specimen and would be a great trophy piece to any vintage collector.

Upon purchasing this watch, I took it to my watchmaker who skillfully removed the back for inspection and verified it was in great running order and had been serviced in November of 2008. The back is original as well, with all services marks and the appropriate reference number.

The watch will come with the time period Omega box pictured as well as spare links for the bracelet. It is currently sized for my 7.5” wrist, but will accommodate any wrist with the links included.

The watch keeps fantastic time and all chrono functions perform and reset flawlessly.

I am looking to trade this piece for a modern Rolex Submariner (preferably 16610, but will consider other models). I am placing a very reasonable trade value of $3150 on this package. I will also consider outright sale, but would prefer a trade. I realize I'm new to this forum, but that's because my collection is mostly vintage and modern Rolex. I have a great deal of feedback on ebay, and can provide references from members of both rolexforums.com (where I am a supporting member) and VRF.com.

I prefer a CONUS sale, but will consider International at Buyer's risk (not responsible for seizures or whatnot)
