·Hello All,
For sale is another Sinn 156, powered by the robust and much loved Lemania 5100. These are extremely cool watches, sharing a similar case with the Heuer Bund.
Dial: Excellent condition tritium dial with lovely patina.
Case: Excellent and seemingly unpolished case. These are “clamshell” cases, much like the Heuer Bund, with four screws securing the sealed monocoque to the case frame. One of the screw holes was corroded and stripped (see pics before and after), I’ve since cleaned the area and thread locked a screw. This will not effect the stability of the case as it’s secure, especially with the remaining attachment points but it bears mention and the watch is priced at about 50% to refiect this.
Strap: Will ship on the high quality strap shown, others are available if the buyer wishes.
Accessories: The original Sinn old style wood box is included. Frankly I forgot I had it, so it’s not pictured. No books or papers.
The watch is winding, setting and running as designed, with all chronograph and date functions working very well. There’s no current service history.
$1200 usd shipped in conus, overseas at cost. Three (3) day return will be granted to conus members, with any overseas deals being final.
