Finally up for sale is this true Gem of a watch.
Worn hard and will give you goosebumps with all the adventure this watch has had.
Your wrist will never be the same.

Want to show those desk diver types at the office who is not a couch potato.... Boom

Snoopyish style blue bezel that everyone is looking for nowadays.

Sold head only ( I know but the NATO means a lot to me so that will be extra and I know it annoyed someone here a few weeks ago )

Runs well but I don’t really tell the time with it as time doesn’t exist where I live.

Picked our first pineapple wearing this watch

Recently Serviced about 5 years ago by @JimInOz ( was free but I have included the extra $400 for a bottle of scotch for him that I never sent him )

Hands have been relumed.
Case has never been polished. Probably eroded by life would be a better term to explain the case
Bezel has a scratch at 40 but very hard to notice
Dial replaced with a NOS one hence the listing as NOS
Crystal is see through

Picture before it was serviced

Again this has been my good luck charm for years resulting in several memorable fish being caught while this was strapped to my wrist

Now for the price. I have taken in all the experiences I have had with this watch and the current price of the Snoopy 3 on chrono 24 to come up with below. ( not forgetting the $400 for the $100 bottle of scotch I owe Jim and postage to Melbourne by a courier that doesn’t drink which is hard to find in Darwin )

$28,400.00US net to me.
Would prefer face to face locally but will ship at buyers expense.

References galore if you need them
Just PM

to sweeting the deal I'll offer you a wee Haggis and a single malt whisky from Arran .😉

Buying a Australian edition dive watch your dinner would look more like this....

With the eating taking in a place that was more in tune with your ruggedness

Sorry I can’t let the watch be sold to a member with a rocking chair, and deprive it of its life of outdoorsyness.

Maybe this is more for you...

you’ve still got one to sell and there’s always dialysis.
tnx, maybe that's an option, I'll think about it.

Okay, I have thought about it, may I ask how many kidneys you have left and if you are perhaps feeling generous to donate the proceeds to a fellow OF'er?

Sorry I already sold both kidneys and my left nut for an ex-NASA Timex Marlin worn by John Glenn on Apollo 20

Okay, it seems I'm not commited enough as some people here, not ashamed to acknowledge that as a flaw in my character.::rimshot::

What is this Tomfoolery? And here I thought I was the only one guilty of spurious watch posts and descriptions. 😁

Wow & GLWS its great to see such a fine example come on the Market, with genuine man made patina & full set of B&P. A true Unicorn amongst a herd of Zebras , I’ve had to re-evaluate my collection and this now takes pride of place as king of the beaters .

I don't see the Seiko in the fish picture, and that does look like Buzz Aldrin's arm, so I think the association is marginal at best.

I'll trade you a bucket of toads for it, but only if you can prove its a redial.

I'm serious, I have the toads!
FRAUD ALERT: careful analysis by the Australian Quarantine Service has found these toads to be artificial facsimiles. Do not accept uncertified toads for any purchase over 1200. AU.

Your version is the lesser model and not nearly as coveted. Probably lucky if you could get 15 grand on a good day.

@makaria indica ( who has insufficient reply sent me a PM requesting movement shots )

Im not convinced the watch is authentic, I think we need to see some movement shots.... Inb cxase it is actually authentic, aIa have a N95 mask I found in the carpark of ther Covid clinic here in Broome That I would consider parting with, of course some cash my way.

So here we have movement shots adjusted in five positions

Great movement pictures , I think that Clears that one up for any of the doubters & certainly puts the watch back in focus ..

Notice to members:
If this watch is not sold within 24 hours this post will be shut down due the extreme excessive use of band width costing the forum over 3000 US dollars per minute.

Hell we’ll buy our selves!!!!

One thing to keep in mind when purchasing a watch from one of our Aussie members is many watch models they have are Australian market versions. An example is this recent purchase I made from a fella down under.

I appreciate the efforts in everything : offset, blur, quality, light - everything looks crap.

It must have been a real challenge to produce that content. 👍
