FS: Omega Bumper Automatic / Ref. 2445 / 18K Gold / 1949

I am selling my 18K - 0.750 Gold Omega Bumper which I bought from the son of the first owner. He received this watch when he was with Ford of the Netherlands for 25 years.

It has a very nice 18 karat Golden case with fancy lugs. The watch in overall in good condition. The case is marked on the side and lugs.

The dial is original and have some small scratches. You can see them on the pictures. It was a very nice minute track on the outside of the dial and the hour markers are very nice.

It has the 28.10 Bumper movement.The movement has been checked and has an amplitude of over 300 degrees!
It runs very well and also looks great visually. The serial number is 11113193 which dates it back to 1947.
The watch was given to the owner in 1949.

The bracelet is Not original Omega and gold plated. I like it on this bracelet but if you want I can put it on a nice leather strap.

I really like the First Owner story and the engraving. If you don't like it, it can be polished away quite easy but i think it's a shame to remove it.
