Hey! Apologies, didn't see your post till today. I bought it after cross-shopping and test driving 2018 versions of the S5, M440i xdrive, C43 AMG 4matic, Golf R, IS350AWD, Q50&60 Redsport etc...I' sure you can see a pattern there. At the end, the Stinger just ticked all the right boxes for me. Do the Germans make a more refined vehicle? Yes....but when similarly spec'd not CAD 20k more worth to me, and that is not even considering taxes, maintenance costs etc. The Stinger makes me smile, and doesn't burn a hole in my wallet. It doesn't feel or drive like the usual Kia at all; and for context I've owned (among others) a '01 LR Disco II, '01 X5, '15 Kia Forte Koup and driven a few nice cars during my work trips across Europe, Africa, The Middle East and Singapore. I say take it for a test-drive when you're bored, I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised, as most of my friends did after they drove mine!
Caution thread drift Any of you guys in to the snow foam ? personally new to it and enjoying great results.
Cruisin' with the Son In Law and Grandkids on Christmas Eve. I'm in the rumble seat of the 1936 Plymouth Grand daughter looks peeved coz we had to hop back in for another shot .
On the street today, and just after Christmas: Bah (humbug) - I'm not usually too keen on Rileys, but . . .
Here's my winged wonder... I bought a fully stripped "project" 3.0 CS and tweaked it into a CS/CSL "hotrod", running a 3.5 liter euro L Block motor with triple Weber DCOE's, dogleg 5 speed and other goodies. Shown here at Lime Rock
