The 991 is neat. First Targa I liked after the 72-74 ones. That roof mechanism is crazy. Too bad they only make the Carrera 4, I don’t need all that extra weight.

UK Channel 5 playing in the corner of the iMac, Classic Car Show predicting classic cars of the future and one of them is the VW Golf GTI 16v,
You may not agree but I would suggest you rethink, why ? I sold mine a long long time ago ;) even the same colour as the show car.

I know. That's why you learned to corner faster, you had no option! :)

Helping youngest daughter car search yesterday and must admit my car loving days were re-kindled when I came across this beauty.

Know absolutely nothing about the A5 but admit I do like the lines of this one, and yes I can resist the temptation :)

Um..... The steering wheel is on the wrong side......;) I drove in England for a couple of weeks last summer. It took a couple of days of back roads but it was fun in the end. Rekindled my love of cars too.

And the wheel isn't circular, daughter thought the flat bottom wheel was fantastic and found it hard to believe it was old hat. When I explained to her that the first time around it never really caught on she just didn't seem to cotton on as to why :( it looked cool to her and that was all that mattered.

Flat bottom wheels... yea even BMW is offering some of those things now unfortunately. Its a great idea if your car has a number of turns lock to lock of 1 or less, not quite so good if its not an F1 car.

My Jag has a flat bottom steering wheel. Don't mind it. It came with the package I ordered. I don't think I would have noticed if it was round

This was my wife's car; literally one of the last n54's to come off the line. Catless downpipes (sorry, ALGORE) JBIII piggy back, custom intake and intercooler. Oh, and NOS / METH 30 shot wet kit (sounds like porn). Real chick car!

440hp @ the flywheel and over 500 ft lbs in a 3300 hundred pound death mobile. I beat that car and everyone who tried to race me into oblivion.

My wife used to ask me why the car smelled funny like it was on fire after I drove it. Lol. Poor car. Had to deconstruct it (almost broke even on all the add-ons!)
It was burning off a quart of synth every 600 miles. She was still under warranty when I sold it so I didn't feel that bad. I felt bad for BMW for SURE.
