Well, I think the dial has been refinished. The Breitling script looks off and some of the numerals look 'hesitant' if you get my meaning. and the day and month are WAY darker than the main dial...

 

SO would this be a no go watch @$875?

 

Your mileage may vary, but not for me.

I mean it may be the seller's photos but I don't like that dial. Look at the seconds track. Those sub-second indices are really all over the place. The second "5" in 55 looks stuck together.

The gold leaf numerals reflect light differently in this shot. They are not dark like the "8" in this shot.
