I have no clue. I was just finishing up the claims process with UPS. They said it was lost and couldn't locate it - then suddenly got notification that it would be delivered the next day. I got the package and it had a big cut across it that had been taped. I opened thinking the worst and everything was perfectly fine! I am one lucky SOB!

Now I need a good Heuer watchmaker. Any recommendations?
