I know nothing about this one, says Optima on the dial, which appears to have been around since at least the 1920s or so, I'm guessing this one is from the 1930s.

Unmarked 10 1/2 ligne movement seems to be of decent quality.

With nothing in the picture to give it scale it could be a nice kitchen clock.

A lovely looking piece.
I believe this may originally have been set in a cigarette case, lighter or similar, even a walking stick. The lugs look like they were added at a later date.
