Can confirm that’s RB’s launch livelery not what they are running during the season.

Bummed no more Martini on the Williams.
The Martini stripes do make for great racing car liveries. They have been associated with some charismatic and successful cars - Alfa Romeo - Porsche - Brabham - Lancia, for instance, so I think we have to empathise with the company in not wanting to continue to be involved very visibly with an under-performing enterprise. In saying that, I've nothing against Williams, and would love to see the marque prospering once again. When you consider how far he and Patrick Head went from the Wanker Williams days on a very frayed shoestring to the big engine deals and World Championships, respect and admiration must surely be felt.

Not expecting much from Ferrari lol.
I’m guessing red? Lol!! With a Marlborough I mean mission winnow logo. That has to be the safest bet in sports.

Ahh I see. Honestly if your biggest sponsers colors are pink well... your stuck with pink lol.

On a side note I wonder how many people know they are a water filter company.

Expect a mid season implosion. Tends to happen to Ferrari.

I meant livery-wise, but I would not be surprised by your expectation either lol.

Substantially larger air intake on the Merc? Seems curious given the fuel regulations.

How many people even knew who the hell they were before F1 is the bigger question?

That’s cooling. Engine air come in above the drivers head. You have intercooler, engine, and rear brake cooling coming from the side pod.

The engine intake might be slightly bigger then RBR but the merc engine might like more “ram” air then other engines. They also may be bleeding air from that intake for cooling. It’s a drag vs power equation at that point.

I'm refering to the engine air intake. If you look back at last year's car, the intake was oval. Now it's eyeballing but I think the width is the same while the oval has given way to a circle .... just wondering why they need more air in the mix. Think they're increasing the air pressure like a supercharger?

This of course should be the colours of Alfa Romeo (before Ferrari appropriated the colour)
Seeing Fangio’s £5m Alfa tearing up the hill course at Goodwood in their centenary year was a sight to behold and never to be forgotten.

Not quite appropriated. Back then colors where based on FAI assignment by county. Italy red, Germany silver, Britain green, etc. US was white/blue stripe.

Germany white my liege. Became silver when Mercedes and/or Auto-Union had to strip the paint off the aluminium bodies to get their weight below 750kg for the regulations of the day.

I was hoping for something a little better if honest , the MCL34, so meh I couldn't be bothered to post this yesterday.
True story: I did a design project based on a BMW 3 series when at college, the bonnet design I had was almost exactly the same as the engine cover here.
I failed.👍
Hope they've bolted an engine in it this year.
'A Better Tomorrow' sees McLaren going back to 'tabs' advertising, BAT are back in F1.
