Sadly, no. This looks like a case of long-term water intrusion that got under the dial lacquer. It could be that the base metal is rusting. gatorcpa
Find a donor dial? Case still looks in pretty good shape, the wait and hunt would be worth it in my book (depending on cost)
I realize this ain't what it's supposed to look like, but I find it strangely attractive. Sell as-is to someone like me (...but with more money ;-) and buy another one?
