    Sadly, no. :(

    This looks like a case of long-term water intrusion that got under the dial lacquer. It could be that the base metal is rusting.

    Find a donor dial? Case still looks in pretty good shape, the wait and hunt would be worth it in my book (depending on cost)

    Could or would Omega restore the dial.......if they did what cost.

    I realize this ain't what it's supposed to look like, but I find it strangely attractive. Sell as-is to someone like me (...but with more money ;-) and buy another one?
