For collectors of Omega advertising

I came across this today and thought someone here might like it. It’s a programme for the Lucerne festival of music, 1959, and contains a full page ad featuring a pie-pan Connie.

I’d be happy to gift it to a collector here - I can’t give any watches or straps away but this I can - priority will go to someone in the U.K. but message me if you’re elsewhere in case nobody here wants it.

Talking about Omega Speedmaster advertizing
55 years ago Ed White on the cover Omega catalogues
In early 1967, Omega used an artist’s impression showing NASA astronaut Edward White during his June 1965 Gemini IV spacewalk. Be it showing only 1 Speedmaster on his wrist while Ed White ( & James McDivitt each ) wore 2 Speedies during Gemini IV.
Let's call it "artisitic freedom" rather than Omega didn't know about 4 watches on Gemini IV
Was this the very first time Omega watches used spaceflight-related advertising?
We know Omega advertised the Speedmaster chronograph as the astronauts’ watch during Apollo 8 and even came out with a cardboard mission analyser so the public could follow the mission from launch to splash-down. Of course, post-1969 aka " the Moonwatch "
Again in 1981, Omega used the STS-1 mission logo to advertise the Omega Speedmaster as the chronograph flight-qualified for manned space missions.

Great find! I'm curious if there is a thread of Omega print ads on here already. I dig the old Olympic adverts. Picked this up a while back...

Pretty sure it's showing a 166.028 but hey, someone here might know better.

Reunited the advert with the watch, a ref. 166.028(caseback is double stamped with 168.022 as well). One day I'll have it on the same bracelet in the advert, I believe a 1067 w/532 endlinks, but those are out of my price range at the moment.

Here's an odd one. I find it difficult to believe that >50% of RAF pilots wore Seamasters, as asserted in this Portuguese advert.
