I assume that some or many of you have seen this, but scroll through the offerings and after sitting down look at the prices (not sure what multiple of market values the asking prices reflect but surely a significant one). I guess they are chasing a very limited subset of potentially interested parties.

They can have my virtually mint 18k Geomatic for half that selling price! Certainly many multiples of market price, enjoyable to look at though and in a way I am pleased for them to be doing this. It is, however, somewhat absurd.

My understanding of this program is that these are factory restored vintage watches. I love the old triple dates. There is a value proposition there for sure.

Yes, crazy money-grab. Beyond "Rolex-certified pre-owned" 's wildest dreams. Still love the watches. But many you can find for 1/3rd to 1/7th of the price (still in good condition).
