After weeks of being drenched in rain (wrap your head around this - the nearby Sierra Nevadas have reported better than 500 inches of snowfall this season!!!), the clouds parted and blue skies returned! A coworker and I decided it was time to take the Decathlon up for a little cavorting about the sky!

And YES, that's my Wally in my left hand. I had taken if off and was pocketing it (I had bumped him against the trim panel... ack!!!) when the GoPro snapped this photo. :)

For those with down and dreary weather, hope things are improving.

You need to consult @Mad Dog about cockpit based watch protection!
    Wear it, don't stow it!

LOL! I know - Blasphemy! :p Just gotta wear my beater-Seiko when flying the tail wheels, where my left hand is actively moving around while the right is glued to the controls. Not so much an issue in the Cessna, where my left hand is stuck on the control while the right is all over the place.
