Flightmaster Crowns

I have a Flightmaster ref. 145.013. Mine is unusual in that it is calibre 911 running seconds (vs. 910, 24hr indicator sub-dial).
There is precedent for this - “Transitional” model, mine is in the correct serial range.
I’ve sourced 2 NOS pushers but am looking for parts numbers for the 3 crowns.
Any help would be appreciated.
