Would like some feedback on this...is crown original is biggest question, and how about that dial?

The dial is original the crown is not.

Crown should be domed like this one.

 

Are these hard to source?

 

A genuine UG crown would, however a decent watchmaker should be able to get a close approximation in a generic.
