Have been getting the urge to buy one. I’ve always admired the history. Having a smaller wrist I’m entertaining the reduced but wrestling with the decision of authentic moonwatch vs preferable size. What are your thoughts?

Moonwatch all the way....one day you’ll look back and kick yourself for buying the reduced version!

60th anniversary trilogy or vintage Ed White for size. No reduced

Me too, OP. My wrist is small, 6.5" so I was thinking maybe Reduced. But the more I look, the more I think it'll be a moonwatch for me when I pull the trigger. Most likely from a grey.

I bought the Reduced first. Then a couple of years later sought out the Pro. I still love the Reduced but it’s not the Moonwatch 😁

If you get the Reduced you may be seeking a purchase in the future. Just sayin...

Yeah, that's honestly my fear. I do really like the size, though.

Follow your heart then and go for it. It really is about what makes you happy

I too have a tiny wrist, closer to 6 than 6.5, and I have no problems with my 42mm FOIS and even my 44mm Apollo 8 isn't outrageous looking on me.

I have a small wrist, about 6.25", and I have the classic Moonwatch. I don't think it's too big on me, although I'd be wary of trying a significantly larger watch.

Truly, it's a bit of either a disease or an addiction. As a friend of mine who so succinctly puts it: "The most expensive watch you'll ever buy is the one you bought INSTEAD of the one you really wanted" do yourself a favor and buy a Moonwatch. Here's my Hesalite Speedy Moonwatch in a comparison shot with
my recently acquired 38mm Speedmaster, 7" wrist, considered a reduced, but bought the 42mm as it was my favorite. Traded a Seamaster Pro in on the 38mm as I just plain preferred the look of the Speedmaster. You're correct, the Speedmaster Moonwatch is iconic, historic and, to me, fascinating. I wasn't disappointed, I don't think you will be either.
BTY, wear both of them on Omega leather deployant straps most of the time.

Agreed. It is an addiction
