First service for a Seamaster

I've a 7 year old watch that is working fine other than loosing about 1 min a day. What kind of service is required, where can it be obtained in the UK & approx cost to be expected. All referrals I've had so gar are suggesting a 'full service' by Omega costing some £500

Ah.... I've just found the thread on 'Parts & Service' which seems to answer my questions. Doooh!!
