I've finally joined the Omega clan, went out earlier with the plan of buying a Tudor Pelagos and ended up with a Seamaster and I'm very happy

I did like them both but preferred the Omega,it was the Titanium case and strap on the Pelagos that I wasn't overly keen on and felt the Omega was a do it all watch, good for golf and equally smart to go out in.....Oh and my wife and Son preferred it

    congrats! good choice!

in my case, it would have been the funky hour hand of the Tudor.. :(

No offense to Tudor fans, but I can never get past the hands and markets. Seeing both side by side makes it look even more odd. Not that it’s bad, just personal preference.

Great watch  I think you made a good choice. I owned a Pelagos, which I loved in pictures, but when I wore it, something was "missing".

I look at the blue Pelagos in my local jewellers on an almost daily basis and I think what I find difficult is seeing it in natural daylight and in different light. A friend had a black Pelagos and I found the dial too dark, I don't want to commit to a blue Pelagos until I've actually seen one not under the bright lights of a dealer's shop.

Hello! I'm new to Omega as well. I went to get a Tudor Pelagos and they didn't want to negotiate. Then I walked into another store and picked up a Planet Ocean 39.5mm!
