Hello everyone, My name is Bernie. I've only been a member for a week however I've learned a lot reading the posts from the members of this forum. My goal in joining was to get some advice on a vintage Omega to purchase for my father. However, I've decided to also get one to start my own collection. Last week I purchased my first Omega. It's a 1951 Omega Cal. 342. I'm really excited to get it and have contacted Al Archer about possibly servicing and cleaning it. It seems like just about everything is original and it's my goal to keep it that way. Since I plan on spending more time on this forum I just wanted to reach out and say thanks to everyone that has helped me thus far. Thanks!
