Hello all,
Long time lurker, decided to join and post. Mostly because I just purchased my first Omega.
I went with the Aqua Terra in green. A watch that was not on my radar at all. I knew I wanted the AT but was dead set on black. The wife was basically allowing the purchase but only in the light blue slate. We went into the AD and had the two pulled out. The gentleman knew things, he said ok here's these two watches and here's the one you are going to buy, handing me the green. Yep. Withing 30 seconds I knew it was the green. We spent the next hour talking about watches and seeing some really nice pre sold pieces from the vault.
I like blue and white/silver dial watches. That's about as far as I go beyond the classic black. But this green. It's perfectly done. You have to actually catch it in the perfect light/angle to grab the green. For anyone discounting the green because it isn't versitle I can assure you that your worries are non existent.
Thank you for the opportunity to join and post. Pictures below for the fun of showing it off!! (At a stop, speedo is at 0).
