Hi all,

First post here, as I’m finally an Omega owner, so I feel like I can now.

Just picked up this 2018 Seamaster Planet Ocean, 215.30.44.21.01.001. Been a long time coming, have wanted this for a while.

My daily prior to this was a Seiko Samurai, and I honestly feel that was slightly larger overall than the PO. I was never worried about the size of the PO, I’m used to large watches, but it’s not a large as some reviews I’ve read, IMO of course.

Got it for a good price too, so I’m very happy overall!

Excellent choice and welcome to the forum. I have to warn you about a phenomenon that occurs when owning an Omega and hanging about in here: the blurring of want and need.

Haha so true, I already ‘need’ the latest Aqua Terra, as well as a Speedy. Thanks for all the kind comments!

I have that same one on a leather strap and I have the rubber strap as well. I really want to get the metal bracelet though, it looks so classic. Nice watch brother, enjoy it!
