Ive been looking to buy an omega for a while with a limited budget. I've found one I like the look of but I'm worried the the underneath doesn't have the seamaster logo. Is this normal?

What does the dial look like? The movement? I would not bother with this as you will regret not having the proper engraving on the back.

There are much better examples out there. Keep looking.

A nice omega with the 30mm movement would be my choice - lots to chose from - so genus 30T2

Looks like a tired but perfectly geniune early TT Pre-Bond to me. The casebacks were unadorned at first. The bezel is solid gold from memory so not cheap to replace!

It's not nice but it is legit. Shame on the doubters!

Eamonn, what is the price?

Well, shame on me indeed for not looking more closely!

Must be from a low point. The bezel is what makes it look fake. I am not that much into the modern watches (Which are no longer modern.) The hands also look off. Could just be the way the lume has aged.

The problem what I see is who ever has this watch is going to spend a lot of time defending it.
