Riveted bracelet with spring-loaded links
Here is a 1093 bracelet with "borrowed" end links 524.
I will post better pictures when I have found the right 538 end links.

FYI The " real/original " FOIS (Wally Schirra's personal CK2998-4) was worn on a metallic elastic strap during training and on a Komfit Forstner during the actual Sigma 7 spaceflight in October 1962... exactly 57 years ago.

Does anyone have the 1957 seamaster 300 trilogy that they could try the bracelet from on the FOIS? Not sure I have seen this combination and think it may fit

Disapointing, would of given me another reason to pick one up. I have seen definitive threads ruling out the 1957 speedy and railmaster bracelets, but nothing specific to the seamaster 1957 bracelet (may of missed it) As each of the endlinks is different across the trilogy I was hopeful that seamaster STZ006826 may be an option.

It definitely doesn't fit. The attached photo shows a seamaster end link on a CK2998. the link itself fits, but if you look closely you can see that the springbar ends are still compressed and haven't engaged with the case. This is because the holes in the lugs are deeper, or nearer to the watch face than the depth of the springbars in the end links.

The trilogy SM bracelet doesn’t fit the modern straight lug but it does fit the originals, well the Ed White at least

Good evening all, after ordering my FOIS I’ve bought a 1125 bracelet from a listing on this forum; I’m now just trying to source some 617 end links. Obviously an original pair would be preferable but a cheaper alternative/aftermarket pair would suffice. My nearest AD couldn’t give me a price and there’s a site selling them for £110 pounds, and that’s about it from what I can find.

I’ve seen some aftermarket 506 which says they fit straight lugs but assume they are incorrect for a 1125?

I’m guessing patience is key? £110 seems a bit steep? Is there a cheaper option? Thank you.

Have you tried an AD or Boutique? I would expect a pair of 517s to be around £50-60 there.

Yea I called them up and they told me to bring the watch in and didn’t give a price. As I have the watch on order I was hoping I could have the 617s ready to go when it arrives. Maybe I’m just being impatient.

Strange. Try another AD or boutique. There are no restrictions at all on the sale of bracelet parts or straps so the dealer is just being awkward or can't be bothered to log on to the extranet to get you a price. I purchased a full 1125/617 and 1171/633 recently by phone and they gave it me in the plastic.

Oh, okay that’s interesting. If that’s the case I’ll try again, failing that I’ll try another AD. Thought it was a bit odd they wouldn’t let me do it. Thanks for the advice.

UPDATE: Literally will not order a set of end links over the phone, despite me explaining they are separate to the watch and I just want the end links, they want me to bring it in so they can see the serial number. Tried another AD - same story. Very frustrating.

I try 1125 and 1168 but end up with Aquat 19mm.
Sorry if this was explained before but can you explain Aquat 19mm - what type of bracelet/end link is this?
