    Hi all

    As I say have read thro Omegas Watch database for the De-Ville series
    One comes close (linked above) but its a no-date
    Also gone through e-bay looking for the same but none there either (and most stuff is somewhere on the bay)

    As I say its a Quartz Motion in gold with a date complication which I have been unable to locate anywhere.
    (The strap is I believe un-original)

    WOW those mesh straps were very 1970's you had it all serviced & cleaned up ?

    Not been serviced for about 5 yrs now. And to be truly honest since the battery went flat its been on sat on the dresser
    Yes it now needs a full strip, and also a nice black leather or Croco strap.

    You should get it sorted so you have a choice this is my "retro" watch I bought it in 1987 when the jubilee bracelet was all the rage it was like a Rolex but not, cost me a months wages still runs perfectly gets a new battery every 2-3 years for £15

    Looks good mate
    Aye I will have it fixed the only downer is I know the service strip and new strap @ SwissTimeServices is going to be way over the actual value of the piece
