Very nice. For some reason anything that you have had to save up for, always feels more special than if you were able just to go into the shop and buy it.

Now take that stupid grin off your face.... :p

Well done. I was going to say it looks good, but of course you, I and everyone else know that. There are few watches that manage to couple great looks, a fantastic history and the ability to be a good sturdy every day wearer.
    Enjoy it.

Congrats. I'm pretty sure you'll never regret buying it. I've never heard somebody say "I wish I hadn't bought Speedy Pro 10 years ago".

Congrats! You now own one of the best watches ever made, at any price, in terms of not only quality of but historical significance.

Congrats! Looks fantastic on your wrist! Unfortunately I have smaller wrists & the Speedy is not as flattering as on yours.

Thanks everyone for all the comments, and with regard to the 'goodie' box, it is quite impressive!
The box is actually pretty huge, then there is another case inside with 2 straps (not got round to fitting these yet), tools, & a book on the space missions/history of the watch.

    Outer box -

    Inner Case -

Case contents (the books are hid away in a compartment cut out located under the case) -

I've noticed that if you keep the goodie box inside the outer box, the goodie box keeps its strong new box aroma.

welcome to the club. Great watch. I got the same one with the box etc on the Hesalite version. Love . Not sure why I always end up wearing it on leather Nato and straps rather than steel, even though it looks just right either way. Perfectly designed watch IMO.

I've noticed that too, and the whole things is safely tucked away under my bed where dust/sunlight etc can't degrade it all.
