Finally found! New to me Gemini 4

Since quite a while I have been hunting for a Speedmaster Gemini 4. I have been looking everywhere but while this is not a very rare watch, the ones offered had always flaws, made me hesitate for some reason, were overpriced, not in a good enough condition or from uncooperative dealers. I also got outbid (luckily) on two auctions. While hunting for this watch, I had only seen it in pictures and videos so far.

The first time I saw a Gemini 4 in person was at this year's Speedmaster GTG Netherlands and I loved it! Seeing it in real life only reassured me that I definitely needed that watch! And you know what? Some weeks after the GTG I would buy that actual watch I have seen there for the first time!

I really have to say a very big thank you to @watchstick_81, the organizer of this amazing event who connected me with the collector who was the owner of this Gemini 4 and willing to let it go to me! Also to you @GR Nijenbrinks a very big thank you, it was a pure pleasure!

The watch itself is also quite amazing, not only in its beauty but also in its condition which is like new! Also it is a full set which I enjoy more then I would have thought. Needless to say that I'm over the moon!

Today I tried to take some pictures, since my skills are quite limited the white balance is a bit off I guess but I hope you enjoy them! As soon as the watch is serviced you will see it a lot in "WRUW today"! 😀

I wasn't a huge fan when I saw that one in person. Its a light-ish blue that looks very 90s.
