    I've been selling for years on ebay and Canadian Watch Collector and MWR under the name What Does Your Watch Say? Please PM for links to my ebay feedbacks and posts on CWC. I'm located in Cambridge, ON Canada. I can take PayPal payments, EMT within Canada and face to face cash transactions are ok too as long as you're willing to drive to the Cambridge, KW area. I pay for the tracked shipping within North America mailed through Canada Post, I don't use FedEx or UPS and International shipping is $25 CAD ($19 USD).     Circa 1960s
    Serial number 5023
    17 jewels
    45 minute chronograph
    Full steel case
    Steel screw down case back
    Case measures 37mm wide 44mm lug to lug and has 18mm lugs
    All original
    Case shows well with some scratches
    Case back shows tool marks
    Dial shows very well
    The minute hand is missing some lume
    The chronograph second hand is missing
    The movement ring is missing
    Movement winds sets and runs plus (+) 15 seconds dial up over 24 hours

    Favico was a label registered in 1953 by the Favorite Importing Company in Toronto owned by Nicholas Righter and Alexander Stern. The first use of the name was January 22, 1953.

    I bought this watch to use the movement for a Breitling project which never panned out. Just hoping to get back what I paid.

    The Favico Watch name was an acronym for a Montreal wholesale firm named Favourite Importing Company. They also marketed watch repair material. Not that this bit of trivia is of much use to you. Just thought you might like to know. My late father carried Favico watches in his one man hole-in-the-wall watch and jewellery repair shop, 60 years ago.

    Thanks for that Cannuck. I actually posted about the Canadian connection in the listing above in Italics.

    I knew someone sold them because they exist, it's great to actually know someone that knows someone that sold them :thumbsup:

    In the past 30 years this is only the fourth Favico I've found. Considering it was a Canadian label I'd expect to see more of them in the wild.
