Fantasy dial?

Hi everyone!
I was browsing chrono24 and found a really nice looking Omega (...almost too nice to be true)
Description from the seller:
-------
Vintage Omega watch from ca. 1938:
Reference number: 9719360
Movement/Caliber: 26.5 SOB T2
Serial number of the movement: 8895020 (dates the Omega watch to ca. 1938 )

Professionally restored silver dial with black Arabic numerals and shiny blue hands is in perfect condition.

High grade Omega-signed movement ( 15 jewels ) is after watchmaker's service. It keeps accurate time well.

--------
I got a felling the dial must be fake or at least completely repainted with fantasy numerals... It just looks to clean - As mentioned above, according to the seller the dial was "professionally restored", which, as far as I know, implies that the original characteristics (layout, numerals, etc) will be maintained. Well, I just can't imagine Omega using such modern numerals (especially the 4) back in 1938... Additionally, I've done my research and found absolutely nothing. No comparison watches. No models of the same type. No matching dials. Nothing.

What do you think? Is the dial original of fake? Restored and/or repainted?

(bonus questions: what's your opinion on the watch itself? Do you like the look? good caliber? good choice? anything I have to watch out for? tips? experiences?

Every input is highly appreciated!
merci😀

Sorry to contradict - its not a transformed pocket watch

It has a "Movement/Caliber: 26.5 SOB T2" which is a pretty small wristwatch movement.

The watch is correct except the obviously reprinted dial
