Please tell me why You think it is fake.

 

The whole story on the back shows its fake.
The "hallmarks" on the back are fake Swiss hallmarks.
On genuine Swiss Omega casebacks the hallmarks are ALWAYS on the inside! And anyway the ones on the watch you show are so crude, that someone who's seen real Swiss hallmarks won't be fooled even if they were on the inside of the caseback.
There are genuine Omega cases made in France or GB where there may be hallmarks on the outside but in the case of French hallmarks those are very small and discrete Eagles heads. I have never seen GB cases but I'm sure someone here may have a pic.

The only Omega watches with text on the caseback are the Speedmasters (First Watch on the Moon etc) and waterproof ones saying waterproof and/or Use Tool xxx. That's about it though I may have forgotten one or two others.
