Fake warranty card for Hulk?

When in doubt if the watch doesn't include a movement shot I would typically pass.

I don't typically think that asking someone to crack open a relatively new and waterproof watch is always within reason.

That being said for this watch I'd want to see one, as I'm pretty sure it's a fake. I saw a Sub being offered on Craigslist here a couple weeks ago with all boxes and papers as well, for $300. Clearly was listed as being a replica, but was not particularly evident from looking at the watch at a glance. There are PLENTY of Hulk fakes out there, and without knowing 100% I certainly wouldn't suggest trying to get one.

The below picture I grabbed from one of the replica forums when I went searching for Hulk pictures. One the left is a genuine Rolex, on the right is not. To me the bezel on the one on the left very closely matches the one above in the OP.

I think it's idiotic to buy any watch over $200 online, unless it's from the OEM. But it seems like so many in the online watch world want a bargain more than they want a watch. As for the warranty card, it means nothing. You can buy fakes by the dozen, and you don't have the warranty anyway. Worthless.

You're throwing the baby out with the bathwater. There are a number of reputable dealers that sell online. You just have to be selective and diligent in researching.

Fixed it for ya. 😉 (At least I hope.)

That video is indeed quite scary. It’s a lot different from when, as a teenager, I returned from Tenerife with a fake Rolex bought from a friendly African chap. I wore that every day for a laugh and if gradually fell apart over a few weeks - the ‘replica’ in the video looks like it would last for a considerably longer time and could potentially be a handy stop gap until Rolex retailers actually had stock of SS watches 😒.

It’s crazy that you can buy a replica Hulk Online for US$121 - apparently their technology is ‘from swiss’, they are ‘AAA quality’, it has a sweeping second hand, plus for an extra $20 they’ll make it waterproof. I would include a picture but it’d probably make people puke and I’d get banned😟. You need to tread very carefully these days, the key words are due diligence...

For me the Bezel is off. The 20 is not centred on the Bezel, as if the outer diameter of the insert has been machined down to fit inside the Bezel itself.

That and the font on the date wheel looks wrong.

Walk away

Well it's been taken off eBay now, and I've now seen a regular sub (2012), with BOTH a new style warranty card (with the similar serial number and missing LN) and a paper warranty!! Item 163360224827 in the UK. I'm guessing the accounts have been hijacked. It even has 18K stamped on a stainless case!

Ok, this is the last find I'm going to post - it looks like there is a good handful of similarly supplied fakes on this site and god knows how many more.
