·When in doubt if the watch doesn't include a movement shot I would typically pass.
I don't typically think that asking someone to crack open a relatively new and waterproof watch is always within reason.
That being said for this watch I'd want to see one, as I'm pretty sure it's a fake. I saw a Sub being offered on Craigslist here a couple weeks ago with all boxes and papers as well, for $300. Clearly was listed as being a replica, but was not particularly evident from looking at the watch at a glance. There are PLENTY of Hulk fakes out there, and without knowing 100% I certainly wouldn't suggest trying to get one.
The below picture I grabbed from one of the replica forums when I went searching for Hulk pictures. One the left is a genuine Rolex, on the right is not. To me the bezel on the one on the left very closely matches the one above in the OP.
