the seller mentions in discription that the seconds hand is wrong and that the dial has been replaced by previous owner. total scam!

sounds just like another seller that was selling a fake sm 300. His excuse was that the original big triangle dial was too damaged and unavailable as service part and that was why he put a fake stubbies dial in it. :cautious:

I reported it as well and Ebay hasn't taken it down. What's the surprising is that the seller has more than 50 positive reviews. I guess these are 50 people who were not members of this forum!

I reported using two ebay accounts. Gosh and it’s still there! Ebay probably doesn’t work Sundays.

i have contact with the seller and he claims he bought it in January from a reliable eBay seller (you can pm if you want his name).
i have advised him to get his money back thru PayPal or CC if possible.

Good advice Koen. Might be too late for him though.

SgWatcgBaron, I think the issue is that Ebay might now have people with the knowledge to assess whether watch is a fake or not. That said, I thought that they automatically take down ads after a certain number of reports. Isn't that the case?

I think some people buy fake watches and not realizing that..they keep them for a while and when they sell them they said that are authentic..otherwise I can't explain why seller with good feedback sell fake watches.

I think you are correct for the first listing I posted, but there is so much info available about fake sm300 it’s almost impossible to not know it after a simple google search.
