How do I learn to tell? Is it the font?
(it looks nothing like on vintage ones but I don't know how it changed over the years)

You can tell immediately from the movement picture — the seller conveniently shows the balance bridge and that is a dead giveaway. It’s just a cover over the clone ETA movement. See the pictures in this thread.

That's not a hard one to tell it's fake because it doesn't replicate a model that exists.

Looks like the standard black dial SMP (ref 210.32.42.20.01.001) combined with the titanium & black ceramic case model (ref 210.92.44.20.01.001), but that model doesn't have any red details and has no date.... and the rotor would indicate 8806 instead of 8800.
