Curious.
I don't recognize this as an Omega movement. I bet if you get a shot of the inside of the case back you will get more info.
I vote outright forgery.

What a shame, going by the Diashock and Diafix springs, somebody has destroyed a Seiko (early 5740 movement?)

Wow impressive find sir!
Well it does say 560 on the dial, and there is a movement database that makes it easy to find.

The etching of the Omega logo looks like it was done at a kindergarten 😵‍💫

Ah yes, blaming the wine! Something I would never do 😁.

You are forgiven.

The counterfeiting industry is taking big strides around the planet. It's scary to think what will happen in a few years.

Case, dial and hands seem to have much in common with my Seiko Sea horse though mine uses the 66 movement.

I acquired this Seiko 6602 8050 before I located a 166.010

I find amazing the amount of effort to fake this watch. Router-out the Seikosha name on the movement, carve the Omega symbol, then get dial reprinted. Quite an effort.

Im new to this but i also find it strange to redo a seiko, its a nice watch in it selfe. But of course, if you can fool one that it is a omega there might be better money...
