Hi All,

Today I received by post an Omega tan leather nato after an online deal. Upon inspection I noticed stamped on the top most keeper ‘TPO’. TPO is a faux leather plastic.

No other markings are present on the strap. The reverse of the buckle has a serial number etched in. Photos to come.

Thing is, the seller was extremely nice and easy to deal with. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt. If it is a knock off, I’m sure he wasn’t aware.

However, my knowledge of such things is limited and I’d like to hand this over to the brain trust for your considered opinion.

The marking underneath the buckle is a part number, not a serial number. But it appears correct.

Check the inside of the lower flap of the strap, that's where mine has "Omega" printed along with the P/N and other information.

As for "TPO" it looks like that was embossed, perhaps the seller's initials? Omega Boutiques will emboss the keepers for you like that if you ask them to.
