As with ALL media, one must listen critically and read between the lines. If an “influencer” has no discernible day job, you cannot really take anything they say seriously.

Always laughing with "Influencer" crap one reads on social media or even on "informative" wrist watch websites:
"Important 1940 aviator watch that is documented as the last one purchased by the Japanese Army. This model was also used by the Kamikaze in the Pearl Harbor attack."
😂 LOL
No Kamikaze took part during the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor - Oahu as "Kamikaze" actions only began by October 1944.
It was worn by the emperor and survived both Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It was later acquired by Steven Segal when he lived in Japan and later traded to Chuck Norris for a ham sandwich. Chuck wore it each and every time he saved the world. Yes, it got provenance all right!

But are you influencers?

I prefer omega stories.
Do they have long lush hair, tanned and toned body, shining white teeth and want you to buy things you dont need? Then probably yes!

At least a few brands are serious about working with old folks who have been pasionate about wrist watches for almost half-a-century... rather than " influencers " 👍
