Extract of Archive wait times in US

Has anyone in the US submitted a request for an extract via the Swatch Group website. I sent a few requests in 6 weeks ago, which according to the Swatch service group were immediately forwarded to Bienne. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with how long it took to hear from them.
