Everest strapped that is... what do you think? I’m not totally convinced but will give it a try this weekend.

I like the materials on this one but have long been wondering why the stitches are so far from the lugs. Is it because of the "end links"inside

White face and black strap doesn't work for me - I think it looks better on a brown strap...

precisely my after-the-fact thought 👍 the Everest experiment is now over and we are back to its OEM configuration..

Other than the old daytonas, most Rolex sports models only go well with the bracelet, IMHO.

My thought exactly. Rolex sports models are an oddity in this regard. I occasionally wear my Sub on a NATO when I travel but that’s it.

Oh yes, forgot about the natos. I wear my subs with natos now and then too. Sometimes I also put my 1016 on a nato.

yes, yes...lets keep the term NATO with its reference to watch straps as a forgotten thought/idea! 😜

Nah - Rubber-B with red insert is cooler in my opinion 😎

I'll be the lone voice of dissension so far - I like it.

I also dont mind it. I bought an Everest leather strap with solid end links for my GMT - it looks OK, but the leather strap is really thick, and doesnt like to bend to my wrist shape

Cheers paul

I don't mind the contrast of a black strap and white dial. People seem to be cool with it on the Speedmaster Snoopy! But I guess I have to put my money where my mouth is and admit that my Explorer 2 is also on its bracelet...

I too have messed around with straps on Rolex, but always come back to their perfect perfect bracelets. Good call!
