Jubilee all the way. I’ve installed a 6251H big crown on my Tudor 9411 and I love it.

The Jubilee makes me really really really like the Explore II (which i'm not afraid to admit it's not my favorite Rolex). Incredible how a bracelet can change a watch.
I Wonder if that jubilee can fit on the current model too....
Yes it can but the old jubilee has hollow end links so may feel a little unbalanced with the heavier watch head.

Jubilee doesn’t do it for me in this watch. It’s gotta be an oyster.

You’re the insecure guy who posted about his friend not recognizing your Rolex on TRF in this embarrassing thread: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=711117

Is that your motivation for swapping out your oyster? Because you don’t want others to confuse it with a Tag? Lol

If you truly want your watch to get recognized, get an iconic model such as the DD, Submariner, or Datejust.

While the jubilee does look very unique it also looks out of place on this particular watch. (May be because we don’t see it like this often) but I feel like the “vibes” really don’t match. But hey if you like it then wear it!

The OP. FHFinster on TRF = southtexas on OF.

Nice detective work! But you’re 100% wrong. Southtexas on TRF = southtexas on OF. Ask me how I know!

What happens in other forums should stay in other forums. Why try to belittle the OP here?

Looks like the clear majority isn’t surprising...jubilee it is.

I always loved the jubilee on sports watches.

The OP. FHFinster on TRF = southtexas on OF.

better go back to detective school sherlock. 😁

Oyster for me. I know it's trendy to put Sports Rolexes on jubilees these days but I think it looks weird. Like many purists, I only like jubilees on dress watches, but I think it's a convention Rolex is trying to change.

yes it's a matter of personal taste for sure. However if one wants to be a true purist let's not forget decades ago ADs would give customers the choice of bands at the point of sale and many submariners and explorers were sold on jubilees. I have a neighbor who has a 5512 he bought new with an oval link jubilee. He was smart in his choice back then and even smarter since, as he has always refused to sell me the watch. 😁
