Well, exciting to me (I know the f300 doesn't get a whole lot of love), but Paul at Electric Watches had serviced and cleaned my Seamaster, new seals all round, a new pendant tube as the old one was ground down when someone refinished the case at some point in the last 38 years...

 

Looks good. Decent enough size to hold up to modern sport watches too.

 

I have to say that the F300's are growing on me.

 

He's done a great job. It was subject to some refinishing at some point in the past so has lost the rough finish they came from the factory with...it does feel quite space age now though, roughly polished and with a few dents in...something a bit space age about it.

 

Nicely done. I do love a good hummer. I've owned three along the way.
