From my preliminary research Exacto was the former name for Rado, but the Herman watch company in NY owned the trademark, Exacto, and thus when the brand emerged in the US market it was changed to Rado in the mid 20th century. I then tagged Rado in an instagram post and they responded. They confirmed that Schlup and Co. delivered movements and produced watches under the name of Exacto starting in the early 1950.Rado started the production under this name in 1957. Really cool that they answered me and I have a little piece of horological history! "
